What data we collect
When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, company name (if
provided), and the message you write. We do not collect any data automatically beyond standard website
analytics provided by Wix (such as page views and visitor numbers). We do not use tracking cookies for
marketing purposes.

Why we collect it
We collect your contact form data for one reason only: to respond to your enquiry. We do not use your data
for marketing, newsletters, or mailing lists unless you specifically ask to be added to one.

How we store it
Contact form submissions are received via Wix's secure form system and stored in our Wix dashboard. We may
also transfer your details to our secure email system to respond to you. We do not share your data with any
third parties.

How long we keep it
We keep contact form data for up to 12 months after your last interaction with us. After that, it is deleted. If you become a client, your data will be retained for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards in line with our professional obligations.

The Pressure Gauge Diagnostic
If you engage us to deliver a Pressure Gauge Diagnostic, survey responses are collected anonymously through
Google Forms. No individual can be identified from their survey responses. Confidential interviews conducted as part of the diagnostic are not recorded unless explicitly agreed.
All diagnostic data is handled in accordance with a data processing agreement established with the client organisation before work begins.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
